AGE VERIFICATION & SHIPPING POLICY

 

I verify that I am at least 19yrs of age or more, and understand that my order will be sent 19+ verification signature required. 

We process shipments daily using Canada Post and UPS.

All orders are processed by our team within 1–2 hours of being placed. Orders placed before 11:00 AM (EST) on a business day are handed off to the shipping carrier the same day. Orders placed after that time are processed the next business day.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM Thursday are processed and handed off to the carrier by Friday at noon. However, depending on carrier pickup schedules, Canada Post or UPS may not process these until Monday, as they only operate on business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

We are not responsible for shipping delays, errors, or lost packages once they are in the possession of Canada Post or UPS. We pay the carrier on your behalf to ship the item. If there are unexpected delays, we can contact the carrier to file an inquiry. However, once the package leaves our store, it is in the hands of the shipping provider. 

We recommend that customers consider in-store pickup for large or high-value orders. While we take care to package all shipments securely, once an order is handed off to the carrier, it is outside of our control. Choosing in-store pickup can help reduce the risk of delays, loss, or other issues that may occur during transit.
